Returns/Exchanges/Store Credits

Glam.Enterprises offers returns in echange for the same product, or for store credit towards any product on our website! You have the option to return your product within 15 calendar days of receipt of your product. All items must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, with tags still intact. You will need to include a copy of the original purchase receipt in the return package. You will also be responsible for the package return shipping cost.

*For the safety of all customers and staff we can not accept returns on all human hair or synthetic hair pieces, open makeup products or sponges/ brushes, open skin cleansing or exfoliation tools and products, open teeth whitening tools and products, open contact lenses, and all jewelry is final sale* 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange or store credit. We will advise you of the status of your exchange or credit approval through your email or phone number provided on your client account. This will take approximately 5 to 10 business days for after we receive the return. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
